Pn. Fara’ain Binti Mohd Salleh Idros started off her practice in May 2002 in the areas of commercial conveyancing (including housing development and commercial properties) and also banking documentations. Pn. Fara’ain is familiar with conveyancing practices and has dealt with most loan documentation for Banks which includes RHB Bank; Alliance Bank; OCBC Bank; Standard Chartered Bank; Hong Leong Bank; Affin Bank; Eon Bank; MBSB; United Overseas Bank, Public Bank Berhad, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, AmBank and Bahagian Pinjaman Perumahan Perbendaharaan Malaysia.

She also has experience in the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements for all types of Properties whether in a title or non-title situation for both commercial and residential properties, Deed of Assignment, Receipt and Reassignment, Power of Attorney, Wills, Tenancy Agreements, Trust Deed, Deed of Gift, Shareholders Agreement and Settlement Agreement. In addition to that, she is also experienced in matters pertaining to auctioned properties, Revocation of Power of Attorney and the discharge of charge of properties.

The scope of her work includes managing, supervising and also handling all administrative work at the branch level. She also handle matters on behalf of her clients which requires submission or application with the relevant authorities such as the Land Offices; Stamp Duty Office, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia and even Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia.

She has been involved in several residential and commercial projects in the Klang Valley and one in Malacca where from there she gained experience in project works and development. She has been directly involved in housing projects namely Taman Mesra undertaken by Uni-Dynasty Holding Sdn. Bhd.; Taman Semenyih Mewah by Urban Heights Sdn. Bhd.; Taman Alam Shah with several phases which are managed by Nilai Bumimaju Sdn. Bhd. and Bantin Properties Sdn. Bhd.; Taman Alam Permai by Jasmin Development Sdn. Bhd.; Taman Seri Bertam by Vision Chart Sdn. Bhd.; Austral Residences in Puchong for Austral Development Sdn. Bhd. and the latest project by Varia Utama Sdn. Bhd. in their coming new residential project in Taman Mesra Utama in Balakong. The commercial development project where she had previously involved was Crimson Damansara by Crimson Growth Sdn. Bhd.

Besides all the above, she has also involved herself in doing some charity work by helping the Persatuan Kanak-Kanak Cacat Klang Selangor in their acquisition of a few properties as shelter for the disabled and less fortunate children.
