Official Admission of Medilink-Global UK Limited to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of London Stock Exchange;

(i)
a rights issue with warrants undertaken by Glomac Berhad;
(ii)
a rights issue with warrants and bonus shares undertaken by Asdion Berhad;
(iii)
public issue/offer of shares and listing of a manufacturing company based in Batu Pahat which undertakes the production of reverse osmosis water, on the then Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The Firm’s scope of work also included advising on and attending to, the restructuring of the companies prior to listing;
(iv)
employees’ share option scheme undertaken by Ahead Mobile Sdn. Bhd.;
(v)
the termination of existing employees’ share option scheme, establishment of a new employees’ share option scheme and private placement of shares undertaken by Magna Prima Berhad;
(vi)
private placement and special issue of shares undertaken by Sanichi Technology Berhad.
2006
(i)
the listing of Sanichi Technology Berhad, which undertakes manufacturing and design and fabrication of precision mould for plastic injection industries, on the then MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
2005
(i)
the share buy back exercise for Furniweb Industrial Products Berhad (“Furniweb”);
(ii)
placement of shares by Linear Corporation Berhad (“LCB”).
2004
(i)
the private placement, rights issue with warrants and bonus issue and employees’ share option scheme undertaken by Mah Sing Group Berhad (“MSGB”). In addition to the foregoing, the Firm was also appointed as legal due diligence solicitors in respect of the transfer of MSGB to the then Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad;
(ii)
proposed restructuring of Autoways Berhad;
(iii)
the bonus issue and employees’ share option scheme undertaken by Furniweb Industrial Products Berhad (“Furniweb”).

Ahead Mobile Sdn Bhd, a content applications provider and proprietary owner of the “Friend Finder” Service co-branded with Maxis;
(ii)
Linear Group of Companies pertaining to acquisitions of controlling equity capital in companies incorporated in Thailand and China.
Since 2002
(i)
Providing continuous legal support to Unified Communications Group of Companies, which is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, a provider of telecommunication products and customized solutions;
(ii)
Providing continuous legal support to Radius Group of Companies, a gateway and content applications provider;
(iii)
Providing continuous legal services to the Lafarge Group of Companies pertaining to joint ventures and acquisitions of companies involved in the quarrying activities.
Our other commercial involvements include :-
(a)
the acquisition (in Year 2002) and subsequent disposal to MK Land Group (completed in the 1st quarter of Year 2007), of a parcel of 100 acres land earmarked for high-end residential development in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur.
(b)
appointed by a high net worth individual pertaining to the acquisition of substantial equity stakes in companies involved in the diamond industry and frozen seafood trading.
(c)
engaged to provide legal support to SYF Resources Berhad in the expansion of its business activities to property development in the Klang Valley area.
(d)
engaged by Impiana Land & Development Sdn Bhd in its maiden foray into management of property development in the Klang Valley area.
(e)
engaged to provide legal support to Atrium REIT Sdn Bhd (as managers of Atrium Real Estate Investment Trust) in their various investments in, and acquisitions of, real estates.
(f)
engaged in the acquisition of the shares in Gapurna Technology Sdn Bhd, a company involved in the various CCTV installation projects in the Klang Valley including with Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya and Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya.
(g)
engaged by CNY Sdn Bhd, a company involved in quarrying business, in the acquisition of several pieces of lands in the state of Kedah.
(h)
engaged by Dragon Spring Holdings Ltd., an Offshore company involved in the management of water treatment in the People’s Republic of China in their negotiation with potential investors.
(i)
engaged in the restructuring of Merapoh Resources Sdn Bhd and Hijaz Refinery (M) Sdn Bhd both are companies involved in the largest petroleum refinery project in South East Asia in the Sungai Limau Hydrocarbon Hub in Kedah.
